VN Testimonials Slider

What It Does

Displays customer testimonials in a stacked card layout that automatically cycles through quotes with smooth fade and scale transitions.

When to Use It

• Homepage social proof sections to build trust
• Landing pages where customer validation is important
• Service pages to show client satisfaction
• Case study pages to highlight multiple client experiences

How to Add This Module

1. In the page builder, find "VN Testimonials Slider" in the module list
2. Drag it to where you want it on the page
3. Click on it to open the settings panel

Settings Explained

Content Tab

Testimonials

A repeater where you add each testimonial (minimum 4, maximum 10).

Setting	What It Does	Options
Company Logo	The logo image of the company giving the testimonial	Upload image or select from file manager
Testimonial Text	The actual quote from the customer	Rich text
Company Title	Name of the company or organization	Text

Slider Settings > Slider Options

Controls how the slider behaves.

Setting	What It Does	Options
Transition Speed	How fast slides fade in/out	100ms to 3000ms (default: 800ms)
Autoplay	Automatically move to next testimonial	On/Off (default: On)
Autoplay Speed	Time between auto-advancing (when Autoplay is On)	3 to 30 seconds (default: 8 seconds)
Loop Slides	Return to first slide after the last one	On/Off (default: On)
Show Navigation Arrows	Display orange chevron arrows for manual navigation	On/Off (default: On)
Show Dot Indicators	Display white dots showing which slide is active	On/Off (default: On)

For developers only - add custom CSS classes or IDs.

Example Setups

Example 1: Homepage Testimonial Carousel

1. Add 4-6 testimonials
2. For each testimonial:
   • Upload the client's company logo
   • Testimonial Text: "Working with [Company] transformed our business..."
   • Company Title: "Acme Corporation"
3. In Slider Options:
   • Autoplay: On
   • Autoplay Speed: 8 seconds
   • Show Navigation Arrows: On
   • Show Dot Indicators: On

Example 2: Minimal Testimonials for Landing Page

1. Add 4 of your best testimonials
2. In Slider Options:
   • Autoplay: On
   • Autoplay Speed: 5 seconds
   • Transition Speed: 600ms
   • Show Navigation Arrows: Off (cleaner look)
   • Show Dot Indicators: On

Example 3: Manual Control (No Auto-Advance)

1. Add your testimonials
2. In Slider Options:
   • Autoplay: Off
   • Show Navigation Arrows: On
   • Show Dot Indicators: On
   • Loop Slides: On

Tips

• Always include 4 testimonials minimum for the best visual effect
• Use high-quality logo images with transparent backgrounds
• Keep testimonial quotes concise - 2-3 sentences work best
• Use real company names for credibility
• Set Autoplay Speed to at least 6-8 seconds so visitors can read the full quote
• If quotes are longer, increase the Autoplay Speed to give readers more time
